Die TARTLER GmbH ist als Sondermaschinenbauer auf die Konstruktion und Herstellung von kundenspezifischen Niederdruckmaschinen in der Dosier- und Mischtechnik spezialisiert. Wir sind ihr zuverl\u00e4ssiger Ansprechpartner f\u00fcr die Verarbeitung von Polyurethan, Epoxidharz und Silikon. Neben der Realisierung unserer klassischen Dosier- und Mischsysteme, zeigen wir unsere Expertise immer wieder in der Bew\u00e4ltigung von herausfordernden Prozessbedingungen mit gro\u00dfen Viskosit\u00e4tsunterschieden und extremen Mischungsverh\u00e4ltnissen.<\/p>\n
Um unseren Qualit\u00e4tsanspruch einzuhalten, arbeiten wir innerhalb der TARTLER GROUP<\/em> eng mit unseren Schwesterunternehmen ETP Walther GmbH<\/a> (Programmierung, Schaltschrankbau), ZT Odenwald GmbH<\/a> (Dreh- und Fr\u00e4stechnik) und SOMATA GmbH<\/a> (Projekte au\u00dferhalb der Dosier- und Mischtechnik) zusammen. Im hauseigenen Forschungs-, Entwicklungs- und Demonstrationszentrum \u2013 <\/strong>kurz F.E.D. \u2013<\/a> b\u00fcndeln wir Innovationskraft und Validierungswesen, um neue Produkte zu entwickeln und bestehende Prozesse zu verbessern.<\/p>\n

Jede individuelle Maschine ist eine Sonderl\u00f6sung aus den Standard-Modulen f\u00fcr den Anwendungsbedarf eines Kunden. Ist gekl\u00e4rt, welche Maschinen-Baureihe f\u00fcr die Anwendung in Frage kommt, kann die Maschine mit den zur Verf\u00fcgung stehenden Modulen erweitert und individualisiert werden.<\/p>\n
