These cylindrical containers are fed into various dosing and\/or mixing systems for processing the pasty plastics. The problem: If air chambers have formed in the material during manufacturer-side filling, this &#8220;disturbing air&#8221; enters the system during the removal and dosing process. This can affect the processing so much that it is necessary to stop the process and the complete system must be &#8220;flushed&#8221; with material until all disturbing air is removed. This not only results in loss of material; often components also have to be replaced, leading to downtimes and the production of environmentally harmful waste.<\/p>\n<p>The vacuum filling station TAVA F is suitable for drum filling at the material manufacturer as well as for material preparation before the processing at the user himself.<\/p>\n<p>The vacuum loading of the drum and the almost simultaneous filling is fully automated. A drum is filled in a few minutes \u2013 free of air inclusions and humidity\/air moisture. There are different solutions for the realization of a refill.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Automatic Refill<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1st option: Dosing containers are connected to a mobile refilling station (modern connection with couplings without loss of material)<\/li>\n<li>2nd option: Dosing containers are connected directly on the base frame with e.g. an IBC<\/li>\n<li>3rd option: Refill containers are also located on the base frame<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The process is controlled via automatic refilling e.g. when a minimum sensor level is reached.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vacuum Refill<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If the material must not come into contact with air, we offer dosing containers in vacuum atmosphere. When refilling, the negative pressure is used to &#8220;pull&#8221; the material out of the refill containers.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Free Refill<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The free refill, also called &#8220;free-flow&#8221;, uses gravimetry. The material flows from the higher positioned refill container into the dosing containers.
